15 Minutes of Bioshock Infinite Makes Me Want A Time Machine (minor spoilers)
Alright, that's it, either you get me a time machine or I'm hibernating until 2012. I hardly ever get excited for games anymore, but BioShock Infinite looks to be one of the greatest pieces of interactive story-telling to date. Judging from the trailer above (small spoilers of course), I'm already seeing a possible game of the decade, but I won't jump the gun just yet.
Unlike BioShock and BioShock 2, the world of BioShock Infinite is festering with life, showing the degradation of a society in the midst of war. Being able to walk around the BioShock Infinite world and interact with it's citizens looks like one of many immersing aspects of the game. That and blowing their faces clean off with a shotgun while using a murder of crows for crowd control. I must say, the part I'm post excited for is the use of Columbia's skyline system, allowing for amazing chase sequences like the one above.
GODDAMN, I am excited for this game.
