Jérémie Périn Returns With "Fantastic Capote And Wonder Capote" (NSFW)

I have to say, French animator Jérémie Périn really tends to outdo himself in the NSFW meter with every animated short he puts out (With the exception of his amazing retro homage Starr Mazer). While his realm of specialty has typically been centered around more musical affairs, this latest animated promo is more in the PSA arena, promoting safe sex via 'capote' (condom) usage.

The idea seems pretty straight forward, but in the typical Jérémie Périn style he found a way to make it as unintentionally disturbing as possible. In a city inhabited by a whole slew of genitals, two heroes make it their mission to protect the populace from various nasty bugs with their message of 'play it safe.' Late For Meeting

Following 2011's insanely odd, yet strangely cheerful Going to the store, director David Lewandowski returns with a followup chronicling an even more glitched out humanoid on his way to work. To up the ante, our favorite glitched out humanoid goes to the grocery store this time, drives his verrry special 'car,' and even picks up some balloons in the process. Instant Tentacles With This One Weird Trick!

Words fail me. They do. Motion designer Kimoni unleashed this video onto the world, unveiling the dark, rotten, corrupted underbelly of the internet to us. What exactly does it all mean? Why is there a Facebook page for SMACK BEAR, the odd mascot that eventually shows it's true colors in the glitch realm? It all reeks of the beginning of a strange viral experiment similar to the Camdrome experiment that got thrown at us, but it could be something else altogether.

Swoosh Art - Fine Art And Branding Collide

We featured Davide Bedoni just yesterday for his directorial work on a rather striking ad campaign for fashion brand Furla, but upon digging a little deeper into his other projects I found a pretty amusing Tumblr that he's been running called 'Swoosh art.' The concept revolves around appropriating traditional masterpieces and applying the modern Nike branding to it, like on William-Adolphe Bouguereau's Dante and Virgil in Inferno above.

To Bedoni it seems like it might be an actual pitch for a possible advertising concept, meant to elevate the brand's image by using the timeless nature of such paintings. This type of concept has worked before for brands like Absolut, which over the years have collaborated with countless artists over the years. Whether this gels with a clothing company, I'm still a little on the fence about, but it's pretty humorous nonetheless. The Lego Movie Trailer - Hell Has Frozen Over

Lego Movie has long been rumored as a pet project of Phil Lord and Chris Miller of Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs fame, but I think many people (Myself included) simply had no clue as to what a movie based off a toy franchise could possibly entail, or how it would look. The release of this trailer was so unexpected, and ultimately turned out so baffling that a few of us were simply left in shock as to the reality of this movie. It's actually happening.



Can you blame me for being so unsettled at the sight of the Lego versions of Michaelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Shaquille O' Neal in his now retired #34 Lakers outfit, Superman, Wonder Woman and a Morgan Freeman voiced Gandalf look-alike under the same roof? My sleep deprived brain shattered at this licensing nightmare presented in a scene lasting less than 30 seconds. Just imagine what the rest of the movie has in store for us.

While the story seems to follow the basic journey of the hero format, with an average Joe Lego minifigure being bestowed with great responsibility to stop a Lego Tyrant from gluing their entire universe together, what I actually see through that thin veil of plot is one of the most diabolical product placement schemes since The Wizard; A true slurry of surreal franchise-bending eye candy that I will inevitably end up paying $15 to watch in 3D, followed by dumping my life savings into purchasing the absolutely insane Lego set tie ins for this movie. Those Danish brick warlocks have done it yet again, and I pray that your minds (And wallets) will be ready to assemble in 2014.

Little Baby's Ice Cream - This Is A Special Time

Sometimes you want to release an avant-garde ad to promote your business, but taking that approach sometimes turns out to be a double edged sword. I initially though that this was created for a fictional business, but it turns out that it's for an actual Philadelphia based gourmet ice cream shop. As much as I like to see ice cream abominations cannibalizing themselves, I think I'll just enjoy some sorbet instead. If you're looking to get your mind violated even further, they also created another ad a while back called Love Lickers, featuring the same creepy ice cream man. Check it out after the break!

SHED.MOV : My Little Pony Meets Saw, Among Other THings

Youtube user HotdiggedyDemon returns with yet another seriously messed up My Little Pony parody, featuring his Ren & Stimpy-esque animated style in action again. This fine episode features Fluttershy showing off her full Hannibal Lecter/Jigsaw side to her friends when they don't heed her warning and enter her forbidden shed.

Pizza Boomerang

If you've ever burnt your mouth with some piping hot pizza, all you need is a dose of..Pizza Boomerang? This incredible piece features a ripped, Frazetta-esque deity sending his remedy spiraling to the earth and back. I guess it keeps the pizza cool? Nonetheless, this blew my mind pretty damn hard. Prepare yourself.

Have you ever watched something that started off innocent enough, but proceeded to simply downward spiral into complete madness? Well this Japanese Youtuber who goes by the name of RocketNews decided it would be a fun idea to stick an entire McDonalds meal into a rice cooker, drink and all to create an unholy amalgamation of rice and fast food. The classic music kind of adds to the horror of it all.

Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Red Band Trailer

Words kind of fail me sometimes, and this trailer might just be one of those instances. This movie doesn't seem like it could exist in the current realm we inhabit, let alone be playing in theaters. It looks like the Adult Swim duo is evolving their bizarre brand of humor into the cinematic realm for real, and I look forward to verifying that this isn't an elaborate prank on humanity sometime during March, 2012.

Epic Meal Time: Turbaconepicentipede

So in honor of Thanksgiving (If you celebrate it, that is), its time for some Epic Meal Time. They've outdone themselves so much with this terrifying new monstrosity that its kind of scary, topping out at 800,000 calories. Ten turkeys, stuffed with duck, chicken, cornish hen, quail, bacon and stuffing...Covered in bacon, stuffed into ten seperate pigs. And lets not forget the side of Baconators. A McDonald's Apple Pie Gone Wrong? Or Terribly Right?

I'll break this culinary abomination down for you (though this concoction won't break down in your digestive system): It's a McDonald's apple pie, topped with bacon and a cheesy sauce.  But truly, the sprinkling of fine herbs is what makes this a gourmet treat.  Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of bacon.  I've been known to enjoy a good cheesy sauce.  Hell, even a Mickey D's apple pie once in a blue moon sounds pretty damn good.  But, together?  I- I just- no.  No. Check out more images of this heart stopping masterpiece after the break!

METACHAOS: Can't Unsee

Just in time for Halloween, Alessandro Bavari's eight minute vision of chaos takes viewers pretty much to well...Hell. This short is a mixed media project that is an even mix of surreal, nightmarish and apocalyptic. Over the course of eight minutes you'll watch a downward spiral unfold. If you hated those twitching, convulsing monsters from Silent Hill, you might want to skip on this one to avoid potential mental trauma. This is without a doubt, one of the most disturbing things we've ever seen since starting the blog.

Duck Sauce: Big Bad Wolf (NSFW)

Duck Sauce returns with another catchy track with an insanely NSFW, but absolutely hilarious music video to boot. Watch this music video at home, or else you're going to have a lot of explaining to do. I can't even find the words to describe what happens in this music video, but I have to say its the equivalent of a bad trip that won't end. This music video is absolutely deserving of our LV. 99 WTF tag, and makes that mind blowing DYE: Fantasy music video look tame in comparison. Brace yourself.

DyE: Fantasy (NSFW)

I absolutely love how this animated music video turned out, with beautiful animation and a line quality that reminds me of early nineties computer animation. The only thing to note, its pretty insanely NSFW, WTF and a few other things combined. It starts off innocently enough, with some kids sneaking into a pool, before it becomes absolutely batsh** insane. The only reaction I could muster was to burst out laughing at how hard the entire situation downward spiraled. That poor girl. Bravo to the director, Jeremie Perin of Truckers Delight fame for blowing my mind.

Birdy Nam Nam: Goin' In

Birdy Nam Nam, the French electro group return yet again with another mesmerizing, insane music video featuring some serious retro influences. The aesthetics of Heavy Metal, Moebius, Classic Tron all mashed up into something severely retro, mixed with a few tons of symbolism. Its Birdy Nam Nam alright. Check out their other track, "The Parachute Ending," which I kind of liked more sound wise after the break!

Drill Pug Will Kill Your Family

Oh god....I thought the threat of Drill Cat was enough, but it looks like the canines have developed a similar weapon of their own. Drill Pugs burrow though flesh, bone and concrete with lethal accuracy, and the decision to adopt a flat faced dog allows for more surface area in the drilling process. Brb..Running for my damn life.

Swarmanoid: Cute, Terrifying Robots

Now don't get me wrong, I think this is some amazing progress for the capabilities of robotic cooperation towards achieving a common goal...Using three different robots types, Handbot(Retrieval), Footbot(Transport) and Eyebot(Recon) the units coordinate together to retrieve a book in a calculated, planned out manner. Now here's what I want you to think about: Instead of targeting a book, replace that with humans..And instead of these machines being cute little things that fit in your living room, imagine these things a few dozen times bigger. And you've basically got the Terminator scenario.

The Swarmanoid project was coordinated by Marco Dorigo and funded by the EU...And have you guys heard of the actual satellites launched into space by the UK known as 'Skynet,' operated by Paradigm Secure Communication to provide strategic information to NATO and UK armies? I sh** you not, its only a matter of time before we'll be rendered extinct by the machines when they become aware. Prepare yourselves for the war between man and machine.
