Reggie Watts himself gives us an awesome little demo of the little Bits Synth kit, an incredibly powerful, easy to use modular synthesizer which seems to draw some inspiration from Legos. Created for with both amateurs and professionals in mind in collaboration with Korg, the Little Bits kit looks like a synth tinkerers dream come true, as well a gateway for starters to get into the scene. Feast Your Eyes On The Most Realistic Bruce Willis Figure Of All Time

(Via)
Admit it, your entire life has lead up to the moment you could own a 1/6 scale figure of Bruce Willis to showcase your deep love for the aging action hero. To celebrate Bruce Willis' role in the upcoming G.I. Joe Retaliation film Hasbro and Hot Toys have released the most realistic Bruce Willis figure to ever exist. The figure features a height of 30 cm, 30 moveable joints, and more accessories than you ever thought you'd need for a Bruce Willis figure (*cough* 6 *cough*) this is definitely something any collector of ridiculous figures will want to look into.

The figure is set to go on sale in the third quarter of 2013, with no price point currently announced. Let's be honest with ourselves though, is there really a price point you wouldn't pay to obtain this beauty? How can you say no to that sexy wrinkled forehead? That's right, you can't. Hit the jump for more images of the upcoming figure.

Steve Thomas' Wizard of Oz Travel Posters

(Via)
I've said it a million of times, but I'll say it again: I absolutely adore the Wizard of Oz story and anything to do with it.  Illustrator Steve Thomas created these super awesome travel posters in homage to the story of Dorothy and her journey over the rainbow.  Clearly a nod specifically to the 1939 MGM film starring Judy Garland (as, say, opposed to the several other reincarnations), we're taken from drab Kansas to the bright lands of Munchkin City and, of course, The Emerald City.  Mr. Thomas is taking pre-orders on his site right now, don't miss out!

More after the break!

Movies R Fun by Josh Cooley

Pixar artist Josh Cooley put together a really awesome "kids" book, รก la Little Golden Books. The premise? Awesome yet inappropriate famous movie scenes. He covers Alien, The Big Lebowski, Fight Club, Terminator, and many other classics. While my memories of Little Golden Books consist of "Hush, Hush, It's Sleepy Time" (totally an actual title), I think a fine book such as Cooley's will finally usher me into adulthood. Though sold out at the moment, you can buy a bunch of "Movies R Fun" prints at Cooley's store! The entire picture link is above, just click through for more!

Reminder: Get Skullgirls

There's been a strange lack of hype for Skullgirls in our opinion, especially due to the fact that the game is coming out in the next 2 days for PSN and Xbox Live respectively. Considering that we've been anticipating it since spotting the title in a dark corner of E3 last year and giving it our 'Best newcomer of E3' title, we'll definitely be doing our part to support Reverge's debut title.

Featuring the awesomely stylized and colorful art direction of Alex Ahad, and music composed by one of the best Konami composers, Michiru Yamane (Of Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night fame) this game really delivers. If you're wondering how this game stacks up gameplay wise, it could probably be best described as a mix between Guilty Gear and Melty Blood, so the potential of this becoming a staple among dedicated fighting game fans is huge. As a bonus, we collected a bunch of fanart that the talented Skullgirls community has created over the last few months. Check it out after the break!

Badass Storm Trooper Motorcycle Suit

For those of us who completely adore Star Wars (*cough* original trilogy only *cough*), I think it would be safe to say there would be an immense geek-asm if you were driving down the highway and saw a motorcyclist pimped out in a get-up like this.  Because I'm a purist and worry about the visibility of the motorcyclist, my vote is for the classic white ensemble.  Though, there is something alluringly evil about the black one... Anyways, if you're interested in picking this up and have $1600 to spare, head on over to UD Replicas.

Zombie Gnomes

Nothing says class like a bright, cheap, plastic flamingo gracing your front lawn.  A true beauty to behold by all in your neighborhood.  They're tasteful, right?  But what if the local garden gnomes were turned into savage zombies?  These poultry-fiends would wreak pure havoc.  At least, according to Etsy, they just might...Get one of these gruesome displays for only $55 a pop!

iPhone controlled Cat Toy

Need another useless awesome toy/app for your iPhone?  Want to be able to play with your kitteh with minimal movement?  Well, yeah.  Then perhaps it's time you pre-order the Sphero.  Created by Orbotix, the Sphero is the first robotic toy ball, and from what we can tell, kitties love it.  The Sphero will be available later this year, on a first come, first serve basis.

The Original Crispy Bowl

The weekend was made for sofa-dwelling, TV-watching, cereal-eating folks like me.  Getting to the last bite, however, is not quite as satisfying as those first few, crisp bites.  The Obol could possibly be the greatest thing to happen to cereal since the creation of Just Bunches (okay, that's really just my not-so-humble opinion).  At $19.99 it may be a little pricier than your run-of-the-mill bowl, but I think it has the potential to pay for itself in continued cereal crunch.

Put Your Drink In A Warp Pipe

 (Via)
Novelty mugs are a great commodity, not only do you feel cool drinking your beverage, but you look cool too. This Warp Pipe mug from Fangamer is the perfect addition to your already enormous mug collection, but completely worth it when you consider the awesome coasters included. While $34 is a bit steep, the novelty of the cup seems just about worth it.

All I can think about while looking at these awesome Airswimmers is how badly I want to turn my living room into an aquarium swarming with these sweet fish blimps, as well as all the prank potential this product has. At only $40 a pop, these things are a steal. I mean, imagine unleashing an entire army of these helium filled guys at your office, living room or outside. Go buy a few hundred over on their website!

Vinnen Watches Allows For Art On The Wrist

First things first, I'm not a watch kind of guy, I usually pull my phone out of my pocket. Thank god I've finally found a few watches I'd actually wear, this means no more awkward fumbles when someone asks for the time(plus chicks dig watches). Vinnen Watches produces extremely limited runs of watches, all with art by some of the worlds most unique artists, giving buyers a chance to take a piece of art everywhere in a useful and plausible way. While watches range from $85+, buying one of these watches nets you instant access to The Cool Kids Club, seeing as you'll be 1 of 150 who actually owns the device.

After the break I've collected a few of my favorite watches(some of which are sold out) for you to check out!

Pastasaurus!

The childhood I never had, in one picture.
Serving spaghetti can be so boring.  Not anymore, with the Pastasaurus pasta serving utensil! (Read those lines in an old-school Nickelodeon commercial voice.  It helps.)  This is pretty awesome, and I would welcome such an adorable item in my kitchen.  Not that spaghetti is bad on it's own (because it's f***ing delicious), but this just makes it that much better.  Rawr!  You can order one online at Perpetual Kid for only $7.99.

Evangelion 2.0 : Coming Soon

Hell yes, Evangelion 2.0 is coming soon. The much anticipated remake and retelling of the 1995 anime that became one of the most famous series in Japanese history.  What really made the anime stand out was their treatment of the characters, all plagued with complex psychological issues along with themes dealing with religion and morality.  Mix this with some of the best mecha action sequences you'll ever see and you've got a really well rounded offering.

This remake is a labor of love by the makers, trying to tell the story right this time around. The original series was plagued with scheduling issues that resulted in a bizarre finale due to the makers being rushed.  This movie will be the second of four movies to be released by the studio, with the fourth movie supposedly being a completely new ending and continuation of the story.

As of now Amazon is listing it as a March 29, 2011 release for the US on Bluray. Highly recommended if you want to watch a classic, in a new light. With a discounted pre-order on Amazon for the Bluray, I highly recommend picking it up.
