Ariel Chao's Overboard is one of the best representations of the types of experiences you'll probably have while employed in any creative industry. With a few years of experience under my belt in the rocky videogame industry, I think Overboard nails it on the head, hard. You'll run into studios run with a hands off approach, disorganized studios, studios run by divas, ego trippers and crooks, but every once in a while a studio will come around that knows how to run a tight ship and keep everyone relatively happy. It's not all peaches and cream, as they say.
