OVO

The production duo known as WeWereMonkeys created this surreal, other-wordly short entitled 'OVO.'  In a time unknown (in the future, most assuredly) a trio of criminals are left on a forsaken planet, barely getting by.  On one particular day, something extraordinary happens, causing a major, universe-wide change.

While the plot is a bit open-ended (according to the creators, another installment is in the works!), the possibilities really spark the imagination.  The visuals, well, damn.  Ethereal, dark, and most certainly eye-catching don't even begin to describe them.
