2012 is nearly over, and I hope you're all getting safely intoxicated (except if you're underage, then you should be drinking sparkling cider). New Years always brings out the best "best-of" videos, but Mega64's Todd & Aaron are always the highlight of the year. Take a seat and experience their loving presence.

While I never thought I'd see the day where I'd recommend a calendar on Awesome Robo, there's always room for firsts. Architecture In Helsinki : Contact High

Happy Monday, and welcome to 2012. Lets kick this year off with the Melbourne based group: Architecture In Helsinki's 'Contact High.' The track is and incredibly catchy and upbeat dance floor worthy addition from these guys, and it never got enough love in my opinion. I have no idea why but the protagonist really gave me some heavy American Psycho vibes.

Bits and pieces of Macross, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Ralph Bakshi's rotography style and a chill Jamaican sound come together for this awesome music video directed by Chad Turner and Ryan Todd. Its a perfect track to put you in the mindset for those 2012 resolutions. Beautiful stuff, and a happy new year to everyone!
