Terada Temple's work has quite a bit of charm, with each piece showcasing an insanely beautiful amount of color mixed with imagery that isn't quite right. Eye catching is a bit of an understatement for Temple's work, as I found myself becoming slightly obsessed with each piece, following the lines and taking note of the interesting style of shading.
Temple's style has an interesting mixture of Japanese anime and street art, resulting in a unique display the provides a slight feeling of creepiness. With a style that I wouldn't consider dark, Temple has quite the ability to capture an offsetting mood despite the insane splash of colors.
