Zedig (Aka Alexandre Diboine) is a digital artist from France with a truly fun, stylized approach to his art. His work reminds me of color key artists, focusing on color, atmosphere and mood primarily over obsessing with details. In a sense the looseness of his work grants an emotional quality and a sense of movement that's pretty pleasant, as well as always opting for a more lighthearted thematic approach.
