As the art of feature for today, we bring you the preproduction art of Transformers 3 by the awesome San Francisco based concept art house known as Massive Black and other artists. Before any of these movies get made, a ton of artists usually get involved in concepting all the new characters, vehicles and environments for these movies. Despite this movie getting a somewhat negative reception, from myself included...You can't deny that they created some really damn cool art and ideas for a bunch of the Autobot/Decepticon newcomers and existing ones.

Personally, Soundwave and Laserbeak were some of my favorite designs from this new flick. Check out over 100 images after the break! And be forewarned, if you have a slow connection, this might cause your computer to explode.

Transformers: Dark Side Of The Moon Review

For you TL:DR guys.

Oh god, where do I even begin. Today, along with the a few friends, I had the amazing opportunity to watch Transformers 3: Dark Side Of The Moon on launch, for free. I walked in with negative expectations, my brain fully turned off and a pair of 3D glasses, ready for a film that probably wouldn't be as bad at its predecessor.

But I was so, so wrong. Ladies and gentlemen, Michael Bay has topped himself, releasing a movie somehow even worse than the movies that came before it. So much f**cking worse, as a matter of fact, that the movie experience turned into a survival event for all of us due to the intense mental agony the movie bombarded us with, in waves.

I will present my observations about the movie point by point, after the break.

2,000 Pound Transformers 3 Cake

This insanely over the top cake, featuring Bumblebee straddling a Camaro (The f..?) was created for a staff wrapup event for the upcoming Transformers 3: Dark Side Of The Moon movie. Michael Bay was nowhere to be seen in this video, but I'm sure he was disappointed to find out that the cake didn't explode at the end of the countdown..I kind of was.

Michael Bay Brings Base Jumping To A Whole New Level

Sure, Transformers 2 wasn't the greatest film of 2009, but I still enjoyed the hell out of it. There's something about ground breaking special effects that really gets me going (in more ways than one). 

With Transformers 3 being the final piece of the trilogy, Michael Bay has gone out of his way to make this entry as badass as possible. Yeah, there will be more explosions than ever, but if these birdsuit base jumpers are any indication, Michael Bay is really going out of his way to incorporate as much awesome into the movie as possible. Seriously, these guys are so badass.
