Amazing. Ricky Cometa's senior project is a masterpiece of every childhood's frustration: Having to do your homework combined with dealing with other people's (Especially your parents) expectations of you. The entire animated short takes on a creepy air thanks to it's aural quality, which incorporates a Super Nintendo RPG styled sound treatment throughout the duration of Corridors.
The wide eyed protagonists reminded me of illustrator Omocat's style, as well as Tatsuo Sato's surreal Cat Soup animated feature. Despite the short initially filling me with dread that something bad was going to happen, things ultimately work out for everyone involved (*Phew*).
