Created by Meradi Omar as a personal project over the course of a few years, Lead Me is a delicate piece about all the different kinds of little monsters lurking in the nooks and crannies of our reality when we're not looking. Using a mixture of different mediums, the intended message of the short itself is abstract, but strangely moving, especially thanks to the touching original score by Doug Kaufman.
Especially loved the designs of the shadow creatures, which ranged from tiny dust mites on the end of a pencil to full on semi-humanoid creatures lurking in the school campus that Lead Me takes place in. I'd love to see this get fleshed out into something a little more long form with some back story as to how they came to be.
