Úlfur

Ciervo Alto, a growing animation and illustration studio based out of Barcelona reached out to us through our Facebook page (Which has become the unofficial submission tool for artists) to share their latest and greatest, a short called Úlfur. The title is derived from ancient Norse terminology, meaning 'wolf,' and it follows the strange cyclical descent into madness that the unfortunate protagonists continues to experience whenever the full moon comes out.

It's a simple premise that ends where it started, but I really the warped world and atmosphere that the fine folks at Ciervo Alto created to reflect the man's equally twisted mindset. Very cool short from these folks, and they were also nice enough to point us towards the making of for Úlfur, which you can check out after the break.
