When an animated short is released from a team at Supinfocom, you can generally expect fantastic animation and this is no different with Omerta. With a team of 4 students, Omerta tells the story of two rival gangs battling for control over one individual. With an original and catchy soundtrack, Omerta is a musical at heart, something that I rarely see come out of a student made short. Despite a lack of student made musicals, Omerta perfectly encapsulates it within it's short time-frame with a quick and concise story.
Omerta truly shines in the animation department, providing a cast of expressive and agile characters that really put the short into motion. Mix that with some fantastic environmental work and you've got yourself a winner, once again proving that Supinfocom and quality go perfectly hand in hand.
