Oba-Chan

'Oba-Chan' means aunt in Japanese, and this particular Oba-Chan is an incredibly inspiring one, showing off how even at the age of 85, she still continues to diligently work the land she owns, 63 years and counting. It's a snapshot into a simple life, yet one full of hard work, dedication and ultimately a wonderful sense of serenity, masterfully directed and edited by MacKenzie Sheppard. I couldn't help but smile at the end of this wonderful visual vignette.
