Madeline Sharafian's 2nd Calarts animation film is one of the most adorable, personal animations I've seen in recent memory, centering around the concept of the significance of making food for someone you love. Based off of her own personal history, the short features an absolutely adorable dog doing her best to provide for her rather rundown master, who's obviously seen better days.

With a ton of heart, an uplifting Portugese musical score by Elis Regina and some mildly Ratatouille-esque vibes, this short gave us something to smile about today with it's heartwarming message. You can follow Maddie Sharafian's work over on her Tumblr!
