Demizu Posuka is a 25 year old Japanese freelancer currently based out of Tokyo, who really captivated me with his interesting lineart-centric style and the personality in his work, which maintains a sense of tightness while appearing sketchy at the same time. By keeping his contour lines tight and the interior shapes of his characters looser, Posuka stays in control of his illustration and allows his linework to shine through.
Demizu has dedicated his entire career so far to creating work for children's books, videogames and comics, contributing his interesting style to Namco Bandai, Korokoro Comics, Nintendo and a slew of other clients. Check out more of his work after the break!
