UPDATE: I've been told that whilst you can install the update, some countries (such as my beautiful UK) won't be able to actually do anything until after a certain time (1PM GMT for the UK), at which time you'll be prompted to change your password. You'll have to find out when the switch on is happening for you, but at least you can update and the hope is there. Alas, my PS3 and PSP are currently waiting the beautiful update. Portal 2, here I come!
