Shane Black, the man behind Lethal Weapon and Last Action Hero, and the director of Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang is the forerunner to be director for Iron Man 3. Apparently he is in final negotiations to take over the franchise, and whilst it's not clear whether or not he will write the script, he will have input. Fantastic Choice! I can't wait for Iron Man 3 now, and I'm sure it will have some killer dialogue and even more explosive scenes, and will hopefully have more of the carefree spirit of the original.
