Salutations Awesome-Robonauts! I have emerged once again from the depths of another hibernation cycle to bring you the fruits of yet another bountiful Inktober! Since it was first established by illustrator Jake Parker, Inktober has steadily grown into an Internet-wide celebration of creativity, the embracing of challenging new mediums, and the tireless continued commitment to artistic growth.

Though Inktober has been going on since 2009, we here at Awesome-Robo HQ only first caught wind of it last year through Emerson Tung's gorgeously mythic illustrations. In the spirit of the season, we have taken the liberty of combing through the vast number of submissions to bring you six of the most astonishingly impressive contributors to the Inktober event. Check 'em out below the break, and start prepping for next year!

Ugly Americans' Creator, Devin Clark, Takes Nightmares And Gives Them Day jobs

As of recent, I've gotten rather addicted to the Comedy Central series Ugly Americans, which basically revolves around a version of New York City filled to the brim the demons, monsters and crying koala men.

While the animation follows the trend of most late night cartoons (à la Adult Swim) the art style is fantastic, and the characters are brilliant. Honestly, it's hard not to fall in love with all of the shows characters, especially main character, Mark Lilly and his half-demon girlfriend, Callie, who's sexual needs lead him into having sex with her "three hole" (it's exactly what it sounds like). Even Mark's demon boss who sprouts a barbed d**k from his chest is mostly likable (in an a**hole kind of way). Seriously though, watch the show, it's 5x better than me explaining, I promise.
