Bonaparte - "Into The Wild"

Directed by Jonathon Lim and filmed in Shanghai, the newest track from the Berlin based electro-rock outfit Bonaparte is a trip to say the least. Fronted by Swiss songwriter Tobias Jundt, the group delivers a truly eclectic sound and have a reputation for amazing live performances. Why? Jundt is the only permanent member of the band, and they've been known to have up to 20 other live performers at any given time. The result has been described as a multi-ethnic group ruled by the party-Kaiser, a trash circus unleashed.

Sounds like a ton of fun actually, now I want to catch them live. Into The Wild tells the tale of a solitary Shanghai man and his monkey, and is from Bonaparte's upcoming album, which is dropping in late May.

Atlus Presents: Zeno Clash II

From the same folks that brough us Rock Of Ages comes the sequel to Zenoclash, a title that in my opinion figured out a way to blend a fighting game with a first person perspective seamlessly. The Chilean based indie studio known as Ace Team has been hard at work on improving every aspect of the original, as well as continuing to embrace their eclectic, colorful art style which truly left an impression on me when I played the first one. Imagine if Tarsem and Salvador Dali collaborated on art directing a game, and you'll have a pretty good idea of what to expect from the imaginative folks at Ace Team. Thanks to the folks at Atlus, the sequel will be seeing a wide release on all platforms including PSN, XBLA and Steam relatively soon. Can't wait to try this out.

'The world of Zenozoik comes alive like never before, an open world waiting to be explored, rendered with breathtaking splendor. As Ghat, players can fully and freely explore every natural and architectural wonder his world has to offer. In addition to most of the characters, enemies, and items from the first game—all of which return with dramatic visual enhancement—Ghat can also expect to encounter awe-inspiring new sights, jaw-dropping new creature designs, and wildly creative new weapons and items.'

The Retro Bobby

Bobby Argen opened up a store in Copenhagen that could combine his different passions, giving haircuts and selling and collecting retro toys/videogames. So if you've ever fantasized about getting a high score on Rad Racer while getting a hair cut to win a 20% discount, this place is your dream come true. The concept just brought a smile to my face, because all this guy set out to do is immerse himself and his customers in feel good, warm and fuzzy nostalgia, which he succeeded at. I'd also like to give him a +1 for his awesome hairstyle.
