DecoVocal's Mr Cloud And Mr Rain is a lovely, relaxed short about an entity of cloud and one rain meeting for the first time. Discovering each other for the first time, we witness some truly playful interplay between the two until they ultimately come to realize how beneficial they are as a team. With a soft piano score, this hand animated short is a pleasant, chill romp from start to finish. If Pixar and Ghibli ever collaborated on a short film, this is what I'd imagine the final result would be.
