Michal Ivan is a Slovak concept artist and illustrator who's work has spread internationally over the years thanks to his extensive work on franchises including
Pathfinder, Blizzard's
World of Warcraft trading card game and even Riot's
League of Legends. He's got quite an affinity for capturing fantasy themed, dynamic action filled scenes while keeping his compositions relatively uncluttered and readable, no easy task!
While Michal initially started as a concept artist at companies including Codemasters and Ubisoft, he's been in the freelance ring since 2010, building up his skills and client base at a healthy rate. His works have been published in Expose, Exotique, Imagine FX and many other books showcasing the best in illustration and concept work. More of his pieces after the break!
