The Art of Brandon Liao

Brandon Liao's characters have unquestionable style, first and foremost. Their feudal-futuristic ensembles and weaponry are like a mix between Final Fantasy Online and the Dot-Hack series. And I wouldn't be surprised if Liao counted Jamie Jones of Bungie Studios as one of his major influences. The similarity between their subject matter, technique and execution is almost uncanny. Robotic motorcycles, stylish threads, futuristic cities and holographic armaments. All the makings of a fun night out.

Liao is currently a student at the Art Center College of Design in California, majoring in Entertainment Design. He also works as an Associate Concept Artist at Riot Games. Check out more of his awesome work after the break!
