Nafah (Hannah Christenson) is a 24 year old illustrator currently residing in Arizona, where she's pursuing the freelance illustrator route in the hope of doing art forever. The independent route is a tough one, but can also be the most rewarding - The idea of being your own boss is pretty appealing to many artists currently in grindy studio environments.

While her style is still developing and improving painting by painting, it's already distinct enough to be all her own. There's a story book illustrator vibe coming off of her paintings, which mostly reside in the theme of fantasy that are pretty appealing. Elongated forms aside, the highly graphic, intentionally visible brush strokes remind me of what a colored woodcut piece would look like.
