Well that escalated quickly! Bye Bye Bunny is a short animation that starts from nothing and evolves into a worldwide crisis. What would the world do without bunnies? I'm not really sure, but I would hope it doesn't end up like this. Created by a group of Supinfocom students, the short holds a quirky charm and a level of slapstick related goodness which might initially draw some comparison's to Pixar's Presto short initially, but when the plot really gets going it truly becomes a thing of it's own.
The short also uses an interesting mix of 2D+3D animation to pull off a unique look, especially with the FX. And to add to the mix, the finale heads into a live action realm, featuring a cute and cuddly rabbit to make the end credits a thing worth watching.
