That is the question proposed by this rather bizarre, and somewhat hilarious video by the Icelandic company behind EVE Online and the upcoming Dust514. However, the challenge behind joining the company lies not in an employees skill at his particular job, but the mettle of their stomach to muster the challenges of hardcore Icelandic cuisine during a traditional yearly banquet known as Thorrablod (Þorrablót).
