I've yet to meet someone that doesn't like the work of Jamie Hewlitt, the stylish artist behind the Gorillaz and Tank Girl. When I first stumbled into the work of James Harvey, I actually thought I was looking at some unreleased work by Hewlitt, before noticing that this work had a little more of a Japanese influenced twist to it. Not a bad artist to draw influence off, as Hewlitt's work was incredibly appealing and way ahead of it's time in my opinion.
With poppy pastel color schemes, angular designs and pop culture hints here and there, I'm glad to see some other artists evolving the amazing style that Hewlitt unleashed on us in the last decade or two. Check out more of James' work after the break!
