Okay, so this new version of the 50's TV show "The Lone Ranger" has been pretty hyped up since the new film had been announced. Due out in July 2013 (aka, summer blockbuster season), the movie is directed by Gore Verbinski, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, and starring Johnny Depp (who is also producing alongside Bruckheimer): The trio that brought us the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. At first glance of the trailer, I must say that there really isn't anything in particular that stands out. Visually, it looks pretty decent. But past that, there just isn't really much there that makes me really anticipate this movie. But that said, we'll most likely be giving this a chance come next summer. To be continued...
