DreamWorks Animation newest film, The Croods, is due out in theaters next spring. And it looks pretty damn beautiful. While the story looks pretty familiar (A rebellious girl defying her father? How novel), it looks like it'll quite awesome, at least visually. Initially under development by Aardman Animations (the folks behind Wallace and Gromit) back in '05, Dreamworks eventually took over in '07. After several delays (including the release of the adorable How to Train Your Dragon), this film is finally going to get it's debut. While the story has yet to be judged, we're suckers for awesome looking animation (as you may well know...), so we can't wait to give this a shot.
