RabbitEyes, aka Keun Ju Kim is a South Korean concept artist turned art director for EA's Mobile Gaming division in the region. Its kind of a shame that he's stuck in the mobile market because I think his work oozes personality. Each of his characters are lovingly rendered, with a lot of thought put into every detail.

He also doesn't fall into the usual pitfall of scantily armored female MMO characters, which is quite the plus. I've really grown to appreciate Korean concept artists over the years thanks to their unique style, which blends Asian and European influences into a really cool new style.
