I love the Toy Story series. But according to EW, Gary Rydstrom says there's no plans at present to make another full-length feature with the Toy Story characters which is something I'm thankful for. I wouldn't want to watch another film based around the universe because I feel that Toy Story 3 rounded off the series very well. But more shorts would be really cool, because although I don't think there is enough story for a movie, there are still a large amounts of stories that could be told.
But Pixar announced a few months back that they were going to include a Toy Story Short in front of Cars 2. It seems like Pixar is doing this to increase ticket sales for the sequel of one of their worst received films they have released (though personally, I loved Cars). They have just released a clip of the film, and it's pretty cute. If it's anything to go by, I can't wait for the release of Cars 2, even if it is just for the 5 minute short.
