Nathan Fillion Playing the Green Lantern, Hal Jordan!

The Fan Rumors, speculation and hopes & dreams are true! Nathan Fillion is playing the Green Lantern in the Green Lantern Movie being released this summer! But is everything as it seems? Only one way to find out, and it's after the jump.

The answer? Kind of. Nathan Fillion is playing the Green Lantern, Hal Jordan, in the animated movie Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, being released 10 days before the highly anticipated Hollywood Blockbuster. The film will serve as an anthology film; an introduction to the many key characters/members of the Green Lantern Corps.

It's much like the prequel for the Dark Knight, Batman: Gotham Knights, which was an anthology of tales of the Dark Knight set within the Nolan Batman Universe. They also got Jason Isaacs as Sinistro, Elisabeth Moss as Arisia, and Henry Rollins as Kilowog.

I for one can't wait for this, as a fan of animation and DC comics. Day one buy for me, you guys certainly need to keep your eyes on this!
