Footage of an alleged Thundercats movie that in the works just surfaced recently along with some interesting concept art. The project was supposedly being funded by WB and was going to be directed by hear this, Jerry O' Flahery...The art director for Gears of War and Unreal Tournament. Footage and opinions after the jump!
The 'test' footage seems to show a much younger and immature Lion-O messing around with the Sword Of Omens before getting into a confrontation. I didn't take the dialogue as seriously due to the fact that this looks like proof of concept/pitch material for WB, but the Lizard guy licking Lion-o seemed like a bit much. The movie was placed on hold for unknown reasons, but its an interesting look at what could have been.
