"Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" Premiere Trailer

Did anyone else sincerely think that this movie was going to happen? I had my doubts after what, nine years of development time between the release of the first film and this one? Fortunately, Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller are as good as their word and A Dame to Kill for is finally seeing release this year.

From the looks of the trailer, the events of this film take place a little before and after the first Sin City. Mickey Rourke is back as the lovably gravel-toned Marv, Bruce Willis as the hard-nosed cop John Hartigan, plus some stunning newcomers through the likes of Josh Brolin, Ray Liotta, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. And who could forget the lovely Jessica Alba? August 22nd needs to hurry its ass up.

Frank Miller's 'Holy Terror' Out in September (Minus Batman)

Wait, what?

I doubt most of you will remember the outrage caused when this project was announced. Why? Back in 2006, legendary comic book creator Frank Miller announced that he would be writing and drawing a story called 'Holy Terror, Batman!,' a self-described piece of revenge fantasy/propaganda that would feature the Dark Knight taking on the now disposed of Osama and "kick[ing] Al Qaeda's a**" after a terror attack on Gotham City."

5 years later?

According to iFanboy, Holy Terror will have a hardcover graphic novel release, and will be priced at $29.99 - with an unknown page count. Its set to be released this September, the tenth anniversary of the WTC attacks. Classy. I expect there will be whores.
