Did anyone see Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance? It wasn't a great film (as with most Nicolas Cage-starring films these days), but I enjoyed the heck out of it. I was surprised by how much I did enjoy it, though beer helped.

Artist Jerad S. Marantz has released a few concept art designs he created for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance through Tinsley Studio. His work includes several character designs for Ghost Rider and Blackout, plus designs for Ghost Rider’s Motorcycle, and shows the many visual designs Ghost Rider went through.

It's an interesting visual judgement for a character that was already pretty much designed, and seeing the Rider in a more morbid fashion is certainly something that is pretty strange to behold. Check it out the art after the break!

NIcolas Cage: 100 Outbursts

Considering that Nicolas Cage came out last year and announced the secret to his unique acting style, known as 'Noveau Shamanic,' a few of us here at AwesomeRobo have been following his work more than ever. His whole technique of silent whispering followed by Tourettes-esque outburts has kept us spellbound in fine movies like Drive Angry, Ghost Rider and Season Of The Witch. This excellent compilation by Movie Masterclass presents 100 of his finest quotes as a 'masterclass' presentation of his unique acting style. His 'mad hacker priest' performance from Faceoff was one of his most memorable performances in decades, in my humble opinion.

In 'Ghost Rider', Nic Cage plays the part of a soldier of hell come back to life. What do you get if you combine this with his other amazing role as a master car thief from 'Gone in 60 Seconds'? Nicolas Cage is still sporting his long greasy locks, and this time HE'S ANGRY!
