Wes Burt just recently uploaded some excellent concept art that the worked on for Turbines Lord Of The Rings Online. The now free to play game has celebrated a moderate amount of success thanks to the series' strong fanbase and loyalty to keeping a virtualized version of Tolkien's world alive. Wes is one of the main character concept artists at the San Francisco based outsourcing house, Massive Black..And I think he did an amazing job at giving all the different houses a very distinct visual style.
