Stoned Ape Theory

This clip starts off pretty slow, looking like an awfully drawn and animated short featuring monkeys doing what they do best...Until a few seconds later, in which one of the monkeys stumbles into mushrooms and proceeds to go on an eye melting, psychedelic, existentialist trip from hell. This short was created for a Comedy Central pilot called 'Thunderbrain.'
