This film HAS to be good. It's GOT to be good. Everytime I see something for this film, I get slightly more excited, and then I remember every other "Alien Invasion" film, and how poor those turned out. I was excited for Skyline until I actually saw the second trailer, and at the end of the day it was one of the worst flicks of 2010. Still, you should keep your fingers crossed.
I leave you with the music video of the song that keeps appearing on the trailers; Johann Johannsson's Sun's Gone Dim. The Song still gives me chills.
